Job Purpose: To ensure the quality of water and the safety of products by conducting tests and laboratory analyses according to standards and providing accurate reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting Tests and Analyses:
- Perform physical, chemical, and biological tests on water samples according to specified standards and specifications.
- Analyze water samples to ensure they meet health and quality standards.
- Test chemicals used in the production process.
- Preparing Reports:
- Record results and analyze data to provide detailed reports on water quality.
- Monitor abnormal results and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintaining Equipment:
- Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Perform regular checks and calibrations to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring Compliance:
- Adhere to established quality standards and procedures.
- Follow safety and health protocols in the laboratory.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with the team and factory management to improve processes and product quality.
- Provide technical support and training to new staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in industrial laboratories, preferably in the water industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle laboratory equipment and analyze data accurately.
- Good knowledge of health and safety standards for water quality.

Working Conditions:
